Delete Your Account - Track Racer IO

Use this page to permanently delete your Track Racer IO account and the personal data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

If you can sign in, the quickest way is to delete your account directly in the game:

Open Track Racer IO and sign in.
Tap your profile avatar (top-right) to open the Profile panel.
Scroll down and choose Delete Account, then confirm.

This removes your account immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, fill out the form below. It opens your email app with a pre-filled message to support@trackracer.io. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Almost done. Your email app should now open with a message addressed to support@trackracer.io — just press send.

If nothing opened, email support@trackracer.io directly from your account email and ask us to delete your account.

To request deletion, email support@trackracer.io from your account email and include your username.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases:

Your login/authentication record, profile, username, and display name.
Your race times, lap records, personal bests, and leaderboard entries.
Tracks you created or published.
Club memberships, friends, inventory, and customizations.

Some records may be retained where legally required (for example, transaction/purchase records for tax and accounting). Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you may be kept. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
